每次英英美黛子窮極無聊時 就想說浮標加減做好打發時間...
以前做浮標 吃鉛重總是做好才知道 不然就是按經驗下去做 而實際成品吃鉛重也是含糊湖的大概的數字
反正也是無聊 就想用數學來設定浮標的吃鉛重 印證看看 紙上作業數字跟成實際數字差異有多少...
一.比重
忽然想到 到底巴爾沙木有多輕? 碳纖棒跟玻纖棒比重又是多少?? 曾經在論壇上看到某人轉貼有關浮標材質的文章
當中有提到 尼龍棒(玻璃纖維棒)重量比碳纖維棒輕 雖心中滿滿狐疑 但礙於無實際數據可查 於是就沒有提出反駁
晚上心血來潮 拿出微量電子秤跟卡呎 好好來算一下 到底實際的比重是多少??
因為巴爾沙是一種樹木 每一枝的重量不一樣 所以所算出的比重謹提供本次浮標製作的參考.....
1.巴爾沙木比重
重量5.09g 總長93.2cm 直徑 0.81cm(照相因角度問題 看起來變成0.82)
比重=重量/(半徑*半徑*圓週率*長度)=5.09/(0.405*0.405*3.141596*93.2)=0.105984
剩餘浮力=排水量*(1-0.105984)=排水量(體積)*0.894
2.標尾(玻璃纖維棒)比重
重量 0.37g 長度 51cm 直徑 0.07cm
比重=0.37/(0.035*0.035*3.141596*51)=1.885
剩餘浮力=排水量*(1-1.885)=-0.885*排水量
3.碳纖維棒比重
重量 4.4/4枝=1.1g 長度100cm 直徑0.1cm
比重=1.1/(0.05*0.05*3.141596*100)=1.4
剩餘浮力=排水量*(1-1.4)=-0.4*排水量
由上計算得之
玻璃纖維棒比重1.885 碳纖維棒1.4 ...看來那位仁兄搞錯了喔........哈哈
二.浮標吃鉛計算
這一次的浮標 是台中吳ㄟ要的(分別為8 5 3分)類似香腸標 顧名思義這標上下肩張比較短 圓弧半徑也比較小
根據吳ㄟ的說法 此標型站立快 而且吃鉛效率比較高 適合戰鬥池用...
以8分標 為例 計算方式如下
8分*3.75=3g
0.07cm標尾長度19公分(插入標身1公分外露18公分) 剩餘浮力=0.035*0.035*19*3.14*(-0.885)=-0.065
0.1cm標腳長度9公分(外露7公分) 剩餘浮力=0.05*0.05*9*3.14*(-0.4)=-0.028
標尾標腳剩餘浮力皆為負數 表示在水中還有重量
所以8分標 標身所需的剩餘浮力=3+0.065+0.028=3.093 方便計算 取3.1(插入標體的部分增加的重量不多 故忽略之)
設定 香腸標型標身直徑為0.75公分
上肩長度=直徑*2 = 1.5公分
下身長度=直徑*4 = 3 公分
剩餘浮力3.1g=排水量*0.894=0.375*0.375*3.14*長度*0.894
長度=3.1/(0.375*0.375*3.14*0.894)=7.85公分
上肩+下身=4.5公分 小半徑圓弧收尾 排水量約等於圓柱體的70%(3成磨掉)
所以上肩張下身的部分相當於標身長度=4.5*0.7=3.15
浮標腰身長度=7.85-3.15=4.7公分
浮標總長=1.5+3+4.7=9.2公分
浮標自重=標身+標腳+標尾 的重量
=(0.375*0.375*3.14*7.85*0.105984)+(0.035*0.035*3.14*19*1.885)+(0.05*0.05*3.14*9*1.4)
=0.3674+0.1378+0.0989=0.60411
換算成浮標常用的台兩單位 0.60411/3.75=0.161(1分61)
(當然標腳跟標尾的重量 可用微量電子秤直接秤出 但是阿單馬秀豆秀豆的我 已經把他黏上去了 只好用算的囉
而這個浮標自重 在之後磨標時 可以用來確認浮標剩餘浮力值的參考之用 )
另外 5分 3 分標也經由計算之後得到
0.66外徑 長7.6公分
0.56外徑 長6.8公分
自重分別為 0.5047g=1分35 0.41g=1分1
三.鑽中心孔
用0.8公分的巴爾沙木條 切下所需的長度後
利用自製的0.1公分鑽孔器 在兩端 鑽出1&2公分深的中心孔 
用優利旦當黏著劑 將標尾標腳與標身組合 調整好中心後 靜置一晚晾乾!!
會用優利旦黏 是因為乾了之後 可以直接研磨 而且黏著力也很優..
經過一晚的乾燥 昨晚黏的3枝標已經可以加工了
先在標身劃好 上肩下身的長度 再用削的方式 削去一部份的木頭 
這樣可以減少待會上磨標機研磨時 煙塵過多的情形...
磨標的時候 不時量一下外徑是否到達設定的尺寸
尺寸接近時 用電子秤 秤浮標的自重
(0.61g 已經進入誤差範圍 )
(呵呵~ 5分的標 磨的太過忘我 過頭了.....XD )
(挖咧~3分標也磨過頭一點點.....還好誤差0.01g=0.0267分 換算成浮標吃鉛 也只有(3/1.1)*0.0267=0.0728不到0.1分)
完成之後 接著上透明漆 上標尾漆 ...等等 這個部分已經有人發表過 在此不再贅言
標尾上色完成
這三支標 的吃鉛沒有達到原來的預設值 主要原因是用3秒膠當底漆 體積並沒有增加 但自重變重....
最近做的 巴爾沙木浮標...
補充說明.....
有關上肩與下身的部分 標準的圓錐體積= 圓柱體體積*1/3
這幾隻標本來是設定 半圓弧造型 所以磨除的部分抓30%
但實際磨出來的形狀變成 子彈圓弧造型 (大約是50%左右) 這也是浮標吃鉛未達原設定重量的原因之一
